First week’s fees are due upon registration - invoices will be emailed

Other weeks will be invoiced, and due until one week prior to attending 

If dropping days/weeks, we must have at least one-week’s notice in order to issue a refund. If less than one-week’s notice you are still responsible for payment.

Five (5) days of schedule change requests allowed after May 1, 2026.

Parents must use the Brightwheel change form to request a change at least one week in advance

Will be billed in full if drop is requested less than one week in advance.

Campers with outstanding balances will not be admitted.

Campers without all proper documentation before the start of camp will not be admitted.

All requested additional days/weeks are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the Camp Director or Head of School.
