Sunday, January 29th is our Open House from 1-3pm. Bring your family and friends and join us for a dance and violin presentation, a Gymboree class, computer demonstrations, Montessori information, and a look at the next level and updates to your child's classroom since you were last here.

Spring Fling is March 10, 2012!

Our most important fundraising event for Children’s House is coming soon. Join other Children’s House families, staff, and friends during this fun-filled evening that has been organized to raise funds for the Natural Playground we look forward to building at Children’s House.

This is guaranteed to be a very exciting event for only $45 a ticket you will be able to enjoy:

An Open Bar and McKenzie's beer that is made on-site.
A great buffet dinner of McKenzie’s cuisine.
An exciting Silent Auction – a great place to find Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts! Class project will be included in the auction as well as a diverse collection of other items and services to choose from.
There will be a 50/50 raffle. You chances are certainly better than playing the lottery!
Wilmington’s own acoustic band, Lyric Drive, will perform live, putting their own spin on familiar artists such as Jack Johnson, Dave Mattthews Band, Jamiroquai, Bill Withers, and Dispatch.

Green Initiative

Children’s House Montessori School enjoys being part of the community. It’s never too early to teach children about compassion and helping those that are less fortunate. We are all in this world together and we CAN make a difference. We have several ongoing projects, along with seasonal projects, that help the community. We encourage all families that are able to participate in the projects. To learn more about our Green Initiative including recycling efforts and composting please click here.
